Teletherapy

Teletherapy offers a flexible and convenient way to receive professional psychological support from wherever you are. Whether you live abroad, have mobility challenges, or simply prefer the comfort of home, teletherapy ensures that you can access high-quality care without compromising privacy or effectiveness.Sessions are conducted via video platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, and can also include chat or email, depending on your needs and preferences. Teletherapy follows the same evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach used in in-person sessions, helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and providing practical strategies to manage life’s challenges.

What to Expect

  • Clarify your current challenges and set goals for therapy
  • Develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs
  • Learn and practice CBT techniques and strategies
  • Apply what you learn in daily life and review progress regularly

Teletherapy is particularly effective for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic stress, or difficulty coping with life transitions. It allows you to maintain continuity of care, even when travel, health concerns, or life circumstances make in-person sessions difficult.
