Teletherapy is particularly effective for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic stress, or difficulty coping with life transitions. It allows you to maintain continuity of care, even when travel, health concerns, or life circumstances make in-person sessions difficult.
Scheduling and Fees

Important Notice
Teletherapy may not be suitable for individuals who:
- Are under 18 years old
- Are experiencing suicidal thoughts or require hospitalization
- Are experiencing psychotic symptoms (such as hallucinations or delusions)
