About Therapist

B. Jacuch is a licensed clinical psychologist, registered with the Malta Psychology Profession Board. She earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University in the Netherlands. For over a decade, she has been providing compassionate, personalized therapy in Malta as well as remotely.
Approach to Therapy
You can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and giving you practical strategies to manage life’s difficulties.

At the heart of the process is a collaborative partnership. Sessions are interactive, with guidance through CBT techniques and interventions, and practical exercises or “homework” to reinforce new skills between sessions. This approach encourages you to take an active role in your growth and apply what you learn to everyday life.

The therapist works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety and panic, stress, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions. She also has additional expertise working with children, including those on the autism spectrum, in schools and homes. On request, psychological assessments may be provided to guide personalized treatment plans.

Clinic Location and Teletherapy

Therapy is offered both in-person and remotely. In-person sessions are held at a clinic in St James Hospital, Sliema, providing a welcoming and private environment. Teletherapy sessions are available from the comfort of your own home, using the same evidence-based CBT approach to ensure effective and personalized care wherever you are.
