B. Jacuch is a British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist, a Malta Warranted Clinical Psychologist, and a graduate of Leiden University (the Netherlands). In her clinic, she provides compassionate support guided by the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and assessment for individuals navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, and life transitions.
You can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and giving you practical strategies to manage life’s difficulties. At the heart of the process is a collaborative partnership. Sessions are interactive, with guidance through CBT techniques and interventions, and practical exercises or “homework” to reinforce new skills between sessions. This approach encourages you to take an active role in your growth and apply what you learn to everyday life. The therapist works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety and panic, stress, post-traumatic stress, and life transitions. She also has additional expertise working with children, including those on the autism spectrum, in schools and homes. On request, psychological assessments may be provided to guide personalized treatment plans.
